Our online purchases can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is sent back in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.
**Original Packaging Material:**
For returns intended for a refund or exchange, please include any accompanying diamond grading reports or appraisals. Note that these documents are not required for repairs or resizing. If your item was shipped with a diamond grading report and it is not returned, you will incur a replacement fee of US $200.
**Return Shipment Insurance:**
We are not liable for any items that are lost or stolen during return shipping.
**Return Conditions:**
Items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and must be sent back to us within 14 days to be eligible for a return.
**International and USA Returns:**
For returns and exchanges from the USA and internationally, the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number when sending the item back to Anjali Diamond. Contact us for further details.
**Processing of Returns:**
Returns are processed during weekdays. Initially, returned merchandise is inspected by our Quality Assurance department to ensure originality and verify conditions. Once cleared, the return process takes approximately 5 to 15 days to complete, and your account will be credited accordingly. You will receive updates via email or phone regarding the status or any required approvals during the process.
**Post-Holiday Processing:**
Please note that return processing times may double following significant holidays due to higher volumes.
**Notification of Processed Returns:**
You will be notified once your return has been processed, whether a credit has been issued or an outbound shipment has been made.
**Non-Refundable Items:**
Loose diamonds purchased online are eligible for exchanges or refunds within 14 days. For more information, please contact us.
Special custom orders are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns. Returns missing required paperwork or products will not be processed.
Diamond and gemstone eternity rings that have a specific number of gemstones per finger size, mil-grain or ornate bands, some silver rings, and rings made from alternative metals like Tungsten cannot be resized. It is crucial to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase. For help with determining the correct ring size, please contact our customer service at the time of your order.
